Your privacy is important to Qualus Corporation and its affiliates. Qualus is committed to protecting your privacy when you provide Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”) on one of our websites. If you choose not to provide Qualus with your PII, we will not be able to contact you regarding employment opportunities or offer our services to you through marketing communications. If you choose to provide your PII and later decide not to receive further communication from Qualus, you have the option to opt-out of receiving further communication at any time.

Sharing of your PII

We may share your PII with our affiliates, subsidiaries and third parties regarding our business operations and how we can improve upon our services and methods of communication. We may also share your information for additional legitimate reasons permitted by law including but not limited to, sending marketing materials.

Transfers of PII to and/or from the EU and the US and/or other countries 

Qualus may transfer PII to its affiliates and subsidiaries and to our third-party service providers. PII may be transferred, processed and/or stored in a country other than the one in which the PII is collected. When transferring PII information to the US or other countries, we have implemented procedures to ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect the PII regardless of where it is being transferred.
